shinfield parish council
modern new community building
Shinfield Parish Council needed to demolish a tired and dated building and replace with a modern and fresh building at Spencers Wood Recreation Ground. The new community building was badly needed to replace an old and unfit for purpose building which was home to the parish preschool and also a vital community space that is available to hire. With a very tight building window, the whole project had to complete before the start of the September term.
