A brand new £3m training facility for Exeter F.C.

As Modulek prepare to mobilise on site for a new £3m training facility , it was an honour to attend the turf cutting ceremony last week at Exeter City Football Club.

Councillor Ian Thomas, Chair of East Devon District Council cut the first turf to mark the start of the development. A brand new £3m training facility will be ready by the end of the year, with groundworks starting imminently whilst the players are in the off season.

Modulek have been involved in the project since 2014 when they were asked to work with the club on the feasibility study and provide design concepts to provide the ground with a first-class training facility for the first team and academy players.

Nick Hawker, Chair of the Supports Trust “It’s fantastic to see the first turf cut today to signal the start of work on the foundations, and we look forward to the project progressing over the coming months”.
