2. Manufacturing

We manufacture all of our modular school buildings in an offsite factory. Our in house team of construction professionals are highly experienced, skilled and are trained to the highest standards.

We assign each modular build with a project manager who will ensure that high standards are maintained and drawings are adhered. We also allocate a dedicated site manager to ensure that all health and safety protocols are adhered to and that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.  

By constructing our modular school buildings off-site, we minimise disruption and closely monitor each phase so the build happens as smoothly as possible. While our team of skilled construction professionals are busy working offsite, we have another team on-site preparing the ground, laying foundations and organising any services that are needed. 3. Installation 

As part of the initial site visit and planning application, we ensure there is suitable site access and permits in place, so the haulage lorries can deliver the modules easily. We are specialists in providing solutions for sites with difficult access and working on live sites. The modules are craned into position by our highly experienced team and the whole process usually takes less than 2 days for the building to be installed.

4. Finishing touches
