We assign each modular build with a project manager who will ensure that high standards are maintained and drawings are adhered. We also allocate a dedicated site manager to ensure that all health and safety protocols are adhered to and that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.
By constructing our modular school buildings off-site, we minimise disruption and closely monitor each phase so the build happens as smoothly as possible. While our team of skilled construction professionals are busy working offsite, we have another team on-site preparing the ground, laying foundations and organising any services that are needed. - Base preparation and foundations
- Service connections to water, gas, electricity, etc
- Drainage connections and surface water storage
- Delivery and installation
