Our experienced team of Project Managers, Site Managers and Construction Professionals go over and above to ensure that the site preparation, delivery, and build is a smooth process that has minimal impact on your environment and is completed and ready to occupy on time.
transportation and delivery
As part of the Modulek Project Management Service, we take care of all the transportation logistics, including the necessary haulage surveys, applying, and obtaining all the regulatory permits for transportation and delivery to your site.
Your building will be skilfully delivered to site in large sections and offloaded by a mobile crane, supervised by our team of experienced modular construction professionals.

Each project is designated to and managed by one of our employed dedicated full time Site Managers who will oversee the delivery and build process onsite and work closely with our Project Manager to ensure that everything runs to schedule and completes on time with minimal disruption to your site. Your Site Manager will be readily available to answer any queries on site and keep you updated daily with the progress as you watch your building come to life.
Our Site Managers are fully qualified, DBS checked and hold up to date certification in all aspects of Health and Safety, and are responsible for the day-to-day management, quality control and co-ordination of our sub-contractors onsite, while having the health and safety of all site users including the existing site as paramount importance to all activities supervised.
