Modulek follows the controlled quality and environmental procedures accredited to the international standards within our builds. We are also able to fulfil BREEAM accreditation on building projects. Our buildings achieve A+ on EPC as design standard.

With an expanding knowledge around Passive House requirements, Modulek are now working on designs to meet Passive House standards. Self-regulated heating reduces carbon and cuts a buildings energy costs by improving its thermal efficiency.
