Modulek’s value engineering expertise enabled them to win the tender for this project. The building was not able to be built in traditional construction due to exceeding the available budget. With design requirements to compliment the schools existing traditional build, a modular solution came in at budget and was externally finished to blend in with the existing building. Modulek provided a full turnkey service to the 2-storey classroom block.
