Net Zero Buildings
Carbon Zero Commitment
At Modulek we understand the urgent need for change to address the climate crisis. With the built environment adding to 39% of all carbon emissions it is our responsibility to work towards continually improving our operations to reduce our carbon footprint.
“Modulek are currently analysing our full C02 footprint that our projects produce through their full life cycle, from concept design to end of life. We have recently completed an accurate, design to completion, C02 assessment on one of our most recent projects, we are now working with these findings to help us eliminate unnecessary carbon footprint and to assist us in our NET Zero building design”.
Dan Pester, Director, Modulek.
A Sustainable Approach
Modulek’s unique hybrid construction method offers a sustainable approach to construction. The holistic build process considers a buildings carbon footprint from the design process right through to its delivery and installation. Constantly evolving, we do more than just meeting required energy performance parameters.
The Modulek System

Constantly evolving, we do more than just meeting required energy performance parameters.
Our modular buildings last 60 years. Bespoke energy efficient options can be tailored to ensure your building plays its part in a sustainable future. Whether that be sedum living roofs, geothermal systems or solar panels we can help meet your carbon zero vision.
Modulek follows the controlled quality and environmental procedures accredited to the international standards within our builds. We are also able to fulfil BREEAM accreditation on building projects. We have completed a number of projects to meet BREEAM standards.
With an expanding knowledge around Passive House requirements, Modulek are now working on designs to meet Passive House standards. Self-regulated heating reduces carbon and cuts a buildings energy costs by improving its thermal efficiency.
Modulek’s Product Range
